If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment of the purchase date with a sales receipt of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges.

Refunds will not be issued without a receipt. All jewelry must be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. On Special Orders such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by receipient, will be subject to a $19.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount, and unaltered in original condition with packaging. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 10-15 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.


If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.


1. Contact us at or (866) 466-0090 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.

2. To receive a refund, you must repack the item(s) in the original packaging and return its documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

3. Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you.
